Nice staff.
The floors were not clean.
Other than that enjoyed my stay

Rooms are a little small and only "suits" have fridge and microwave. The pool is nice and has a lot of sitting lounge. The property itself could use a good pressure washing but for a 60 dollar hotel room on 4th of July. We have a good time.

Decent place to staff for a weekend getaway. Motel is located in a great location near to shopping centers, college university, and not far of a drive to beach access.
