Modest accommodations with a friendly staff. For the price point, it’s great if you’re just there for a night or two.

The front desk person was very helpful when I had a problem turning on the heat.

Everything was fine. All these hotels should work on pricing though. 1 night is the same as my monthly mortgage payment.
