We had a wonderful 2 night stay here at Summer House in Bang Niang.
We originally turned up at Summer House 2 (thanks Google Maps!) but were taken to Summer House 1 by the owners.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and location of this hotel. We stayed in a cottage that had everything we needed. It is much quieter than Summer House 2 and we mostly had the pool to ourselves.
The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi transfers for us.
We hired 2 scooters for 200THB per day per scooter and took them up to the Ton Chung Fa waterfall approximately 8km away. There is a 1km walk from the car park to the waterfall where you can swim and take a very welcome break from the intense heat. Watch out - the fish nibble your toes!
