The staff was absolutely wonderful! They gave helpful recommendations for restaurants and safety tips. They even brought me tea when I was affected by the altitude. Additionally, the breakfast was ample every morning and was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived very late at night and Lucia welcomed me as if i was coming home to family! She would get up and prepare a fabulous breakfast each day just for me!!
Her son, Luis arranged a fun day trip to Cotopoxi for me!!!
The location is perfect!! I will never stay anywhere else when i'm in Quito!! ❤️❤️

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great! They also helped us with rides to and from the airport. Our room was near the entrance so it was a little noisy, but not too bad and the beds were really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.
