Nice modern hotel with all amenities. Very easily accessible by tram and in a great neighborhood. Many restaurants and stores around including a nice shopping mall.
Walking distance from the old town and University of Edinburgh.

The room was on the top floor. Had tonise stairs to access it. I know its an old building but still.
And I could hear water (shower??) running from other rooms.

Great location. Easily accessible to major spots.
You do need to know that there are steps to get into the building and also to get to the elevators. Not the best for those with mobility issues. For those in wheelchairs, there is a special.lift.
Breakfast was adequate with hot and cold options.

Nice hotel within walking distance of everything. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast had many options and good. They do have very limited parking … but most in that area have none.
