The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back .

The location of the hotel is unmatched! Absolutely stunning, beautiful, and unique. Rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal for couples and families. We stayed in a room with a river view, and we'll definitely repeat this experience! Sleeping with the sound of the river in the background is on another level.
