Awesome Hotel. Cold air conditioner, and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed.

Everything was good, except the handbasin drain had partially blocked and plug didn't work. Staff were very helpful in general. Impressive triple glazing kept room silent, which is great near the airport. A 4 minute walk to Hatton Cross tube, which is 1 stop away from Terminal 2 Heathrow. I enjoyed the full cooked breakfast.

The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. We felt having both hotels with almost the same name was confusing & misleading for tourists. Though where we stayed was comfortable & clean with friendly, helpful staff, it was the convenience of being at the airport we wanted during our stay at Heathrow.
