Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom

Lovely stay , good sized room and bathroom. Clean and cosy . Very welcoming staff and an amazing breakfast.
One thing I noticed was the gutters on the garden rooms needs cleaning or you will have damp damage.
