Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 of us. It was tasteful and comfortable. The location was great! We could walk to restaurants and around the town easily.
We couldn't get the "hotel parking" because it was full when we arrived (so cannot comment on that), but we were able to easily park on the road outside 'for free' because it was a weekend in NZ - Yay! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tauranga. Thank you!

Always my home away from home. I love staying here, amazing staff who greet you like family, wonderful quiet rooms with everything you need. I wish they would bring back soap haha, like so many hotels now shower gel is the way, but they used to have awesome little soaps. But thats my biggest complaint, says it all, this place is awesome. Great value, warm rooms, easy parking, great location and lovely staff!
