Difficult to find, the sat-nav did not recognise the road, and was later told by hotel staff that a different address needed to be entered! Hotel room basic but spotless, ideal for overnight stay. Kettle for tea/coffee had broken top which came off whilst pouring boiling water into (paper) mugs which resulted in painful burns to hand. Breakfast limited and expensive for what we had, but sufficient.
