San Antonio Corfu Resort -Adults Only

It was outstanding! We were lucky to get an upgrade to the best room (with jacuzzi). The staff, breakfast, grounds, beach, room - everything was blissful. Like a garden of Eden. We hired a car but perhaps it would have been better to get there by water taxi as the roads are incredibly narrow and winding. We parked at the top and didn’t dare drive down to the beach, but others seem to manage. The hotel is built into the hillside with incredible views of Kalami Bay. There are lots of steps and 2 elevators to go up and down to the beach, pools and breakfast and reception. One reception staff member is multi-lingual (about 5 languages) which made it easy to communicate. The staff all spoke English. They were very attentive and checked to make sure we were happy with our stay. The tavernas along the beach including their ‘Callao’ serve beautifully fresh Greek food. We would highly recommend staying at San Antonio Resort Corfu.

The beach, pool facilities, drinks, food, location, staff and cleanliness were generally excellent. The boom boom boom reverberation to us on the beach wedding facilities was not however, good - the staff member said did I not like music! We liked the live music in the restaurant, we like music however, the boom boom boom was not music it was a technical issue that the hotel was not able to deal with, in fairness it was a few long tracks no more but it and smoke from people smoking on beach sun beds, restaurant tables and bar did not leave me wanting to return despite all the positives of San Antonio. Perhaps I am an outlier.

Nothing not to like about this beautiful hotel perched on the side of a cliff. The staff are so lovely and really helpful. The room was spotless every day, bed comfy, food at the beach bar is amazing and breakfast is great too. Access to the beach is also really convenient. Local restaurants are what you expect from most Greek tavernas, plenty of fish and a chilled Mythos, what could be better! My only criticism is the hotel restaurant (not beach bar) could have more atmosphere, was very quiet most nights. Because of this I’d probably suggest not going all inclusive. They should put on more events. We went to their champagne event which was amazing!
