We had a very pleasant stay, room was clean and well appointed and very quiet. Good air conditioning in the room which was good to have. Included breakfast was good and easy to serve yourself. Eating area was kept clean and the staff cleared the tables very quickly. Quick check in and check out and easy walk to Poole either through the town centre or the back way past the lake and towards the quay. Parking was £10 (for 24 hours) which is pretty good value in this area for our one night stay. Could not fault anything really.
