The shower leaked a bit when the showerhead was pushed to the side and there was no ventilation inside the shower. Other than that it was perfectly fine

Room was nice, beautiful garden out patio door, easy check in, clean, but an older building.

Easy check in, great shower.

Confusion in the booking process, the TV (Google) not working and a leaky tap were annoying. Otherwise, the Alpenhorn is comfortable enough without any frills.
