The room was good with a comfy bed, clean bathroom room , shower with hot water etc. Mini bar was useful and not stupidly expensive. Could do with some better glasses for drinks.
Staff were all friendly and offered luggage service. Breakfast was nice if not spectacular. Decor around the building could do with updating but otherwise a good place. Would go there again.

This hotel was perfect for my needs - friendly staff, perfect sized room at a good price and right opposite the station with a Starbucks next door (although service v slow here in comparison!).
Overall, great short term stop over in Newcastle.
