Staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating. Instructions were clear. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Would love to visit again!

In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. This place was a non-smoking friendly and true compare to another hotel I have stayed last year in Noribetsu where i requested for a non-smoking room to only get a smoking room. The only thing I wish was different is for the meal to change on a daily base, because you will be eating the same breakfast and dinner everyday.

The rowdy Korean tour groups spoiled the stay. No free flow soft drinks during breakfast and dinner which was below normal provisions. Food options were not great except for the snow crab claws and stir fried beef cubes.
