The Vines Motel and Cottages

The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced. Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though).

Would recommend taking eye masks for sleeping due to glow from the soft-touch points for light and power points. Great location. Close to town yet no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean.

There has been a huge refresh and upgrade of the rooms since we last stayed there. The rooms look great and were very clean. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with the fancy new light switches putting on a flashing light display at night that we could not turn off which made it hard to sleep. When reported to the hosts they advised they are aware of the issue and awaiting the electrical parts to fix them so this should be sorted out soon. Otherwise beds were comfortable and room was warm so there were no other issues with sleeping. Parking is easy and location is close to town.

After our experience at our last accommodation (that we left early from) this was a breath of fresh air. Helpful staff, clean well maintained, and colourful rooms. It made us happy just to be in the place.
