This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but it was not affective in the size of the room so maybe worth the hotel provided a second fan. Other than that not a bad hotel as we only needed somewhere to sleep. There is a Sainsburys directly opposite which was handy for getting drinks and snacks

A good stay even though shower didn’t work in the first room the person to contact was quick and moved us to another room where everything worked. Would definitely stay there again.

A staff-less hotel is a new concept for me but it works very well. Access at 12 with a PIN number to get in and another one to access your key. Plenty of free parking. Def stop here again when I’m working that way.
