Wonderful place to stay! Fantastic room, view, staff, everything was perfect!!

Great staff. In our room, the outside hot tub could have been more private.

This is a gem of a hotel right on the beach. The rooms are modern and of a reasonable size with an extra little hot tub. Staff were fabulous. The area surrounding the hotel was great, many dining options (go to Napoli pizzeria food is lovely and pasta freshly made). The Santorini restaurant has gorgeous food as well. We actually didn’t have a bad meal there at any restaurant. The bus is close by (about 10 min walk) and you can travel to Fira for €2 then pick up another bus to other areas of the island for another €2. The buses do get busy but it’s all manageable. I absolutely loved this hotel and would certainly go again. No complaints whatsoever about the hotel or surrounding area apart from the masseuse on the beach who are quite aggressive and touchy feely trying to get you to have an unlicensed massage going from one sweaty body to the next with no proper sanitation in between. That is my only complaint which didn’t affect my stay it was just a nuisance every 5 mins. I found the best thing to do was totally ignore them.

If you’re looking for the kind of place that makes Santorini feel even more magical, Elixir del Mar is it! From the moment we arrived, the owner set the tone for an unforgettable stay. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel special. It’s rare to find that level of personal care, and it truly elevated the entire experience. The bartenders deserve a spotlight of their own—every coffee and cocktail was crafted to perfection. Each visit to the bar was an amazing experience. Mornings quickly became something to look forward to thanks to the incredible breakfast. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore. And the location?! Absolutely unbeatable! It is right on the boardwalk in Kamari and steps away from stunning beach views, great dining, and the vibrant energy Santorini is known for! —Yet the hotel still manages to feel like a private retreat. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with their own private Jacuzzi. This place doesn’t just offer a stay—it delivers an experience. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I would return in a heartbeat.
