The property was a 1-bedroom unit with all the requirements including washing machine and dryer.
In the lounge the couch was not very comfortable; the unit had no view to the beach and little natural light.
Ther unit was perfect for beach access and great location for Byron Bay and local drives.
I would recommend the apartment but not if you're unable to freely walk around and upstairs as the was no elevator.
