This is an absolutely excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient with many special extra touches (toothbrushes, toiletries you may have forgotten). Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. I can't say enough.

The unit was clean, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Many different restaurants within walking distance, including a supermarket Loblaws. Communication with the Global Stay team was efficient. We have enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice place to stay while in Toronto, with very easy access to Downtown Toronto and getting around anywhere in the city.
It was nice having the hot tub on site, especially to help in the evening after all the walking. It could have been hotter as you would sit in the hot tub, and after 5 minutes, it was like sitting in warm bath water. We also used the sauna, it was lovely, and the steam room would have been perfect if they had a scent of eucalyptus. Now, for the unit, a few things for the owner to change. There was no place in the shower (ensuite) to place your toiletries. No place to hang your towel while you were in the shower. Also, having proper bedding available for the pull-out couch. In the kitchen, having silicone utensils to avoid the pots and pans getting scratched. We avoided using them bu,t we are not everyone. Consider supplying containers for your guests to store leftover food. If we ever come back to Toronto, I would definitely consider staying at Modern Lillian Street Condos in Modtown Toronto. I will recommend you to others. Thank you for the stay!

Really clear check in instructions. Good layout of the condo with adequate crockery and cooking utensils available. Was great to have a kettle too and not just a coffee maker. Useful to have the washer/dryer too. Quaint little balcony to enjoy breakfast on and watch the sun rise. Shower was clean. Location was great...4/5
min walk to the subway station and loblaws supermarket less than 2 mins away
