Clean room and serviced every day. Good location for local shops, light rail buses and an easy walk down to Coogee Beach.

The room was clean and large. Check in was smooth. The hotel clearly made an effort with soundproofing with double doors between the bar downstairs and the hotel rooms upstairs. Some noise still seeped through from the bar but it was muffled. The bigger noise issue is actually the hotel being situated right at the intersection of major roads and you could hear cars and trucks - this could be fixed by double glazing the windows, or wearing earplugs. The location is convenient to Randwick's main streets where there are lots of food options and shops. Transport is easy enough (bus or light rail).

An 1887 surprise in 2026. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to discover that the rooms were comfortable and offered all of the contemporary creature comforts. Highly recommended and around the corner from the beating heart of the Randwick nightlife.
