Friendly, helpful staff.
Amenities suited us for our purposes, the bed was a bit hard for my liking though and the pillows need replaced.

Good place for visiting most parts of the city and easy to reach from motorway. Beds very comfy and great to have complete kitchen. Only negative was extremely uncomfortable chairs and wobbly table. A sofa or armchairs would be so much better.
