Nice hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, hopefully updated facilities will be added, especially in the rooms. The lift though was a constant hassle. This needs some improvement to keep up with the workload. Food was excellent but will like to see improvements in information sharing between the front of house and back of house. The first four days of my stay saw abit of confusion between the restaurant and the front desk about my bed and breakfast that came with my bookings. Quite embarrassing sometimes but all in all, it was a good stay and good experience and will recommend the hotel to anyone who desires not too flamboyant an experience but a comfortable one.
