Reception staff are the best asset of this hotel. They were really helpful in several instances.

Location was great. Check in was smooth and quick. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. We enjoyed our time at this hotel and found it very convenient to take the bus and train. Night markets were close by too. The only feedback is that we wish the breakfast could be hot. The tray warmer should be used. Some cleaning needed for the walls and ceiling since there are dead little bugs are stuck to it. Other than that it was a great experience. We appreciated the free snacks and coffee too available all day too.

The location of hotel is good, walking distance to Liuhe night market, Formosa Boulevard Station and Cianjin Station. Room is clean, good breakfast varieties (change everyday). Good water pressure and seat bidet. Much above our expectations for a 3-star hotel.

Everything is good, except the room is too small for 4 adult family with big luggages. Breakfast is good, but the dinning area has very low ceiling
