The receptionist was amazing. The parking is not great. We were going into the elevator and a staff member told us if we were going anywhere in our truck we could loose our parking space and we would have to go looking for parking elsewhere on our own. The room was amazingly clean and great.

Very clean * but what I didn’t like the cards to open the door never work

A hotel in a great location, easy to park, pet friendly and clean. Love the renovation in the rooms and washroom. Only thing is that the window is not noise proof and a party near by kept me up until 2:00 am.
The desk is pretty convenient too.
The personnel could be more presentable, only the front desk worker in the morning look clean and in good presentation. Overall is a very good place to stay in SLP
