The staff is good and our room has a problem with the TV, the staff keeps coming and fixing it.. the room is old school but comfortable, my children are comfortable and enjoy it.. but the room does not provide coffee or tea packets, only bath soap, shampoo, towels.. iron is not provided.. but comfortable, if I go again I will go to this hotel again

Excellent service from all staff especially tunin and Charlie. Room very clean. Will definitely come back.

"Checking in was a breeze. Just showed the expedia booking print out, straight away got the room keys, and led by friendly Charlie. Tutut always available outside the hotel. "
