Lovely hotel made all the better by really great staff - nothing was too much of a problem. Outstanding.

This is truly a beautiful hotel. Appointments are exquisite and the staff is the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in years. Room was very nice with incredible extra touches such as heated floor in the bathroom. I cannot recommend Britannia highly enough.
