To all the workers and staff here at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place! Your impeccable attention to guest experience in nearly every detail is only outshined by the culture and warmth you share with a smile in your greetings; so thank to each and every one of you. It’s all to you; “bagus” Ladies and Gentlemen who remind me every time I stay why we choose Ritz; the last hotel chain I still feel excited to book a room in. So thank you :) With warm regards I bid you farewell, and until next time
Thank You!
