No signs were there on the 4 th floor as to where the Elevator was!Elevator doors had one opening for maintenance and same time another for the floor giving the impression of a two star and not a four or five star hotel.
There were no laundry machines so this should be disclosed that no washer and dryer on premises.
The Staff was very Friendly.
The hotel lacked the feel of a four or five star Sheraton hotel

Will definitely book here again! Beyond reasonable rates for a 5 star hotel chain!
