Incredible staff and lovely hotel with ancient gardens right next to Palatine Hills. The room was. Edu clean and modern touches, with a lovely view. Highly recommend the experience.

It has the best location for many attractions within the walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh fruits. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Such a beautiful place! Lovely garden out back, beautiful room with high ceiling and a circular bed!! A full breakfast -- a great great stay!!

Kolbe hotel was wonderful. Our family was there for 4 nights. Just behind the palatine hill. We could see the forum from our room and we could walk easily to many sites. On a quiet street closer to the outskirts of the busy rome city center but still totally walkable.
Every afternoon when we came in from sightseeing the ac was blasting and cold water was waiting for us.
The breakfast was delicious. Something for everyone in the family to eat! The bar was wonderful and let us have the kids in there for an evening drink after dinner. I was able to even work in there one afternoon without too much trouble!
The room was great. There was a wall separating the kids beds from our bed which gave everyone some privacy while still being in the same room.
I really enjoyed this hotel and would come back again and again!
