Comfort Suites Glendale - State Farm Stadium Area

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and has a variety of choices. The pool area was well maintained. Even after a big storm the pool was cleaned by the next day. The location is close to shopping areas and not to far from downtown Glendale and Phoenix.

We recently stayed here for a short trip July 8-11 and overall it was a good stay. Pros: Clean lobby, dinning room, and room (for the most part aside from a couple of pieces of hair on the blanket). Hot breakfast in the morning (same thing everyday except Saturday morning which was a nice surprise) Infused ice cold water was delicious and fresh in the lobby every day especially in Arizona 24/7 hot coffee was good and they kept it fresh Secure and safe Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate putting us on the first floor. They also allowed me to have Amazon packages to be delivered there to the front desk for me to pick up. Overall quiet hotel Cons: Carpet in halls were dirty and the floor seems to be pulling up like it’s old Dinning room AC was not working so it was hot when we got breakfast there every morning Both elevators (which is all there is) went down Friday night. This did not affect us but we know many were affected. The staff immediately called the GM and tried to expedite the maintenance The pool is uncovered outside so be aware of that in case you want to go swimming as you will get burned. There is shampoo and conditioner in bottles but body wash is a bar of soap so bring your own body wash if you don’t like using bar soap. Parking is also limited but there are parking spaces close to entry doors depending on what side your room is.

We needed a clean comfortable place for an unexpected roadtrip. This place was great and nice priced. Good night’s sleep!
