Right in the heart of Carmel by the sea. Property shows age but charming and location cannot be beat. Parking is limited.

Staff need to be more present and hotel needs coffee tea service somewhere besides bakery that’s closed. Never got breakfast. Cleaning staff needs to put away their dirty mops not leave them in hallways all day. It’s a shame slight changes need polishing up hotel is cool but skeleton text staff is a no good approach in hospitality industry.

Property was as expected, a historic inn located in a prime location in Carmel. It was historic and charming.

We plan to return to the Pine Inn at a future date. The old world charm and being so close to shops and dining was what attracted us to the Pine Inn.
