I stayed here during the Christmas and New Year Holidays; the rooms are clean, and staff members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever one may need. The hotel has a lovely, clean swimming pool that is such a relief in Bali's weather. The entire hotel is child- and family-friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

There is no good restaurant around. Self -catering is required for a long stay.

Friendly staff — from the receptionist to the restaurant workers to the cleaning crew. The restaurant served a variety good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was tasty. The location worked well for me (I used Grab to get everywhere — the beach and most of my destinations were within 15 minutes). The airport is a 20 - 25 min drive depending on traffic. I had a room facing the busy street — although the traffic noise didn’t bother me, for those sensitive to noise, it would probably be best to go with a rear-facing room. The outdoor pool seemed nice. The a/c worked fine and was quiet at lower fan speeds. Nice shower.
