Paul is super helpful. The breakfasts were delicious - different scambled eggs and fresh-baked muffins - each day. Property is well-located and quite cute

This is the most amazing little BnB! We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location, excellent hosts, delicious breakfast and so many thoughtful amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Exactly what I was looking for - super location, reasonably priced, nice lounging areas to relax in, lovely breakfast, and very nice welcoming staff. Having never visited P Town before I felt lucky to find this and was not disappointed.

Communication between the innkeeper and us was very good. We knew when and where to arrive, and got a great tour of the property. The hangout/breakfast cottage was very nice with daily newspapers and excellent food. We will return!
