Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room.
The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

Everything was good and clean, but the only issue was that the water occasionally went out.
