Staff is excellent. The only issue is that there are not many eating places nearby so it’s either you walk with your food or use Uber Eats which is quite reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is not fancy but it was very cheap for Paris which was important when travelling for several weeks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was cheap and the restaurant a few doors down was lovely but not too pricey.
It was not too far from the centre of Paris, one train line then a 15 minute walk.
