We had the family suite and it was clean and spacious. The place is pretty bare bones. But great location right across from the beach and close to all the restaurants and cafes. Was a bit loud at night.

The room was spacious and set out with a longe area and Separate bedroom. It also included a fridge, cooker & Microwave. There was a drop off area for us to unload our gear and then It was a five minute walk to the car park which was free.
We had an excellent meal at the Yacht Club which was where tha car was parked and a really superb meal at a restaurant just round the corner (2 minutes away). It was a 10 minute walk to the station where a train trip to Bruge was only 5 Euros return. We actually returned to Oostende on the same ticket and then took a tram back to Blankenberge for 3 Euros. All in all an excellent situation. We will be going back to the Apathotel.
