The staff was very helpful and always available. The location was prime for us because we could walk to just about any place we wanted to visit. The only thing that was a little off was the bathroom. The shower head was a little dated and leaked when it was turned on and sprayed water outside of the shower area. There were also a couple of small floor tiles missing. Other than that, this place was great!

This hotel is bursting with charm! The bed was very comfortable, but most importantly, the pillows! I have a neck issue so it was such a relief to have some support. The staff, especially Maya, are so welcoming and helpful, they speak very good english. I couldnt say enough good things about this hotel
