When we checked in bathroom was flooded. We called and it was cleaned. Came back at night and flooded again and roaches all over counter and one in the bathroom. Staff did change our room quickly. No problem with the 2nd room.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was not run-down like other hotels at a similar price point. I felt very satisfied with the value.
