We found the Terminus Hotel to be very clean with Modern bathroom and bedroom with good quality bedding and space in the room, Metro was 50 metres from the hotel which made sightseeing and ease and also had a nice bar next door which had good food very clean and reasonably priced drinks. PS that would suit a car enthusiast..

Not in the heart of Paris but all attraction easily accessible via Metro, Tram or Bus.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the curtains excellent, a must-have with the long Parisian days. The hotel has excellent air conditioning in the rooms and each room has it's own controls.
The hotel is well located, the 4 subway line has great connections, though sadly at the time I was there part of it was under construction so it was not running fully.
