The elevator took for ever, they only had one working. We would walk the stairs faster. Ans the restaurant was closed down

The room was great. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. The only issue was that one of the elevators wasn't running so sometimes the wait was long to get up or down.

Desk staff went above and beyond by shipping a package internationally to me that had arrived after I had already checked out. I am very grateful.
