The place was beautiful and had amazing amenities.Excellent service from Clara at the front desk, very thoughtful, professional and above all make you feel welcome . Service during breakfast was also impeccable although I must say the variety of breakfast was not the best as it was the same everyday. Overall would recommend it.

The hotel facilities are lovely and the staff were so polite and helpful
My aunty had a seizure during our stay and we had to call the emergency services on the day we were to check out.
The staff were absolutely amazing and so calm, and curitous. We needed to extend our stay to ensure we were.given the all clear to fly home and they accomodated us with alittle gift from the hotel. Can not recommend enough

Great pick if you’re looking for a quiet environment halfway between the city center and Malpensa airport. Direct Tram to Centro just 2 mn away. The hotel restaurant is good. Great staff and family friendly environment.
