The front desk staff was the standout element of our stay. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, with nice touches to enhance the experience. But it was the hospitality of the staff that really made this an excellent visit.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, but never tried to be too demanding. The location is fantastic. It is close to all the major attractions. Can recommend as a place to discover Istanbul.

This was a very last minute booking for me- a long layover in Istanbul and I wanted something close to the historic center so that I could explore with a minimum of time in the morning.
I was able to walk around and take in as much as I could, return to the hotel without much fuss, and shower/change before the 12 noon checkout and my bus to the airport. Being close to everything made that quite easy.
Staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful, same goes for the folks at the restaurant across the street (TurguT Kebap) where I had a delightful meal
