This hotel also serves as a museum of local Bosnian handicrafts and is full of charm. The guest rooms are tucked away in between rooms that showcase the museum’s collections. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard without cooked to order options. We had a visually anttractive attic room suite that was not ideally suited to older travelers. A lot of the floor space in the bed and bathrooms was unusable because of the steep pitch of the roof. Stay here if you’re looking for charm and an unusual experience but not if you need standard amenities like a good shower stall or easy access to rooms.

A lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful. A very unique stay if you're looking from something different. Some rooms on the third floor would be tough for tall people.
Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town. Nice light breakfast with good coffee

Excellent traditional hotel with very nice and dedicated staffing (feels understaffed however... and I say this to defend the staffing as they work hard between museum visits and checking in when it gets busy ;). Overall amazing experience. We had the Lux Double Room above the reception and we LOVED IT. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the museum tour excellent. About 5 min walk from downtown Mostar old town. Parking was also affordable (5 euros a night) and safely localized 20m from the hotel. Highly recommend.
Only negative aspect was that my pillow felt +++ stiff and there were no softer pillows. But I made things work:). Overall excellent 5/5.
