Room was great, beds were comfy. Check out was 11am which was great but it also meant that check in was at 3pm so we were killing time beforehand. Breakfast was good, unfortunately only one highchair available. Never got to try the pool or spa - the one time we got all ready we were told it was getting cleaned for 2 hours which was a let down! Wish they could have opted for a less busy time of the day like early morning or late night. Trampoline was fun and super bouncy and we were given some activity packs for the kids at check in. They had yummy biscuits in the room, as well as milk and the shower was spacious and good water pressure

Awesome service from check in to check out super friendly staff and to be greeted by name when they saw me walk in makes a stay away from home much nicer and easier to deal with. Always enjoy my stay here.
