The mixture valve on the shower didn’t work, so the water temperature was stuck on scalding hot. This is the second time this has occurred.

Checkin process too long but it may be system operational problem not staff. No proper classification folder or etc. staff need to find pre-print papers and room card by hand (one by one). There were two guests before me, so checkin for me costs 15 mins roughly.
Room spacious, WiFi fast, hot water 24h, bathroom clean. Recommended and will re-visit. Bus stops around, easy access to the city centre. Supermarket just downstairs. Super convenient.

Not much contact, and reception is on second floor, at the bar, and restaurants is on the middle floor between two floors, very odd set up. The location is great to trams and Aldis is across the street 😀
