Gorgeous location: outstanding views out of the main hustle of a large city.
Staff were superlative, just the appropriate amount of discernment. All my needs/requests were met swiftly.
The restaurant(s) food were quite good, particularly Novitek. I did not partake of breakfast. However, the wine menus in restaurants could be expanded.
My room location was exceptional with views of the Bosphorus beyond the pool. I enjoyed the pool area, excepting for the unruly children shouting and clamoring at my one visit. While the parents are responsible, staff might suggest to them to behave in a more appropriate manner.
The spa was similarity quite good, albeit of spa of this class I would have expected a more luxurious waiting/lounge area.
In sum, a sumptuous location and venue. In all instances, the staff will do their utmost to smooth any edges you might find.
