The restaurant is not great. I wish they would focus on a more traditional Yucatecan menu. A coffee bar and baked goods in the morning would be a hit! Overall, great place for the price. Location is great!

You have to manually open à gate and then close it in the parking lot, our apps were not working on the TV and no one available to help when we called receptionist. Pool has cold water which is understandable since Yucatán is hot. There is a restaurant onsite until 3pm which is a plus.

Found used condoms on the side table and lamp. Sheets weren’t cleaned. The shower water pressure was high and the water would leak to the floor.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. I tried going to order food and no one was there. The pool was small didn’t get in.
Location was ok.
I wouldn’t stay here again. With all the issues they didn’t give us any credits.
