Julio, the Manager was helpful and professional. We were able to get to our medical appointment on time as he helped getting the taxi and providing useful information about restaurants, markets and to safely get familiar with the city of Piedras Negras. Hotel has a pool, and breakfast included was good. All we needed to have safe and smooth visit.
