Beautiful location not far from San Marco. Water Taxi drop off is a bit away and trying to get back can be challenging as the closest water taxi stand has no shade located accross from police station. Upon check in we met a staff member who was excellent and extremely helpful and kind. Upon check out another staff member was unhelpful. Rooms are large and have a lovely ornate Venetian palace feel.

Very nice boutique hotel. As might be expected in an ancient city with very limited space, hotel room was small (but ok).
